You can dive into the world of inventions from 1st of July to 4th of August 2024 on m/s Finlandia. Invention factory PROTO in Tallinna brings part of its´ magical exhibition to Bar Nosturi onboard. It offers the joy of inventions and activities for the whole family. There will be e.g. VR technology, inventors' science show and other activities.

In the VR game area, you can use virtual glasses and controls to get to know the most imaginative side of the PROTO invention factory: how great it is to guess inventions and bring them to life. This game is suitable for everyone. If you are not familiar with using virtual glasses and controls, no worries. You can get guidance on that.

Bar Nosturi's dance floor transforms into a construction area for the little inventors. A large number of soft building blocks and cubes have been brought to the place, with permission to play throughout the journey. Build a small labyrinth or whatever comes to your  mind.

A witty science-themed show in which the audience is an active participant. You really learn in the show - even everyday things get a scientific explanation. The same show is seen once on the way out and back, so plan a schedule that suits you best in terms of the show, meals, store opening hours.

The little inventors can also get into real action at the exhibition points, where they can test their senses and hand skills. What is a magic mirror like? How do you do in the activity game? Try and try again! If you don't succeed the first time, the next try can already produce results - like when creating inventions.

A photo is a nice memory of a fun cruise. With green screen technology, anyone can photograph themselves in the middle of the invention factory PROTO's amazing exhibits. You just choose the background you like best.

When there is a break from the activities, you can watch PROTO's funny and interesting videos on Bar Nosturi's screens.

TOYI toy packages feed the child's imagination and encourage to experiment. A toy package contain various elements that can be put together as you wish - there are no binding instructions. Everything is allowed and the end result can be different every time. The toys are made from recycled materials.

PROTO is in Tallinn's Noblessner harbor quarter - a virtual reality science center, where the prototypes of great scientific inventions come to life in the modern 21st century with the help of VR technology.
